Anyone would find it difficult to articulate all the facets of Bonnie Bishop’s heart and soul that make her such an amazing talent. The band which carries her name stands behind this Houston girl with pride. Band mate Jason Newton says of Bonnie, “Her drive and determination to see things through is shown by her busting her tail day in and day out to make sure things get done.” Spending time with Bonnie, you can’t help but be inspired by her strong work ethic and her kind friendship.  The band which bares her name has gained unflappable support from an ever growing stronghold of fans, not only for Bonnie’s vocal talents, but for the honest and sometimes heartbreaking songwriter she is.
    This band obviously tries to make the best of every day they share on the road. Bonnie laughs as she remembers one night they confiscated Aaron Watson’s hats, which bore a striking resemblence to the native flag of Israel, and took pictures of the whole band wearing them and standing on his trailer. Then, they sent the picture to him in a Christmas card.”  Bass player Allison is grateful to have Bonnie, so the two can “Drive the boys in the band crazy with all their girl talk.”
